Overview

Not every Hearing Aid user is the same, and some of them may experience situations like limited mobility or having their fine motor skills reduced. This concept explores how can Hearing Aids be controlled in a more ubiquitous way with the help of voice interface assistants like Alexa or Siri.

Key Achievements

  • Product – UX/ UI design of an interactive voice interface to Mobile application for Hearing Aids (iOS + Android)
  • From user story definition to design and implementation of a UX flow for interactive prototypes of the voice interface.
  • Sketch, propose, and design different user scenarios; iterate the UX flow and user experience.
  • Assessment in User Interactions for Conversational AI in voice interfaces like Amazon’s Alexa
